Idaho 24+2

Idaho 24+2 is a six-story mixed-use development in San Diego’s North Park neighborhood featuring 24 residential units, paired with two commercial or live/work spaces. MVE provided construction surveying and staking to support building layout, site grading, utility installation, curb and gutter construction, and other site improvements throughout the project.
