La Veranda is a 77-unit affordable and supportive housing community in Los Angeles that provides long-term housing for families and individuals experiencing homelessness. The transit-oriented development also includes approximately 8,000 square feet of community-serving retail space, creating convenient access to services and public transportation. MVE provided construction surveying and staking services to support the successful development of this mixed-use residential community.
