MVE provided construction surveying and staking for Magnolia Villas, a four-story affordable senior housing community in Santa Monica. The 40-unit development provides quality, income-restricted housing for seniors age 62 and older, with community amenities including a courtyard, community garden, community room, and bicycle storage.
