Mulford Marina Branch Library

The Mulford-Marina Branch Library project replaces an aging community facility with a larger, modern library designed to better serve the needs of the Mulford neighborhood and surrounding communities. The new facility will provide expanded spaces for learning, technology, children’s programming, and community gatherings while incorporating sustainable design features and improved accessibility. MVE is providing surveying and staking services to support the development of this renewed community resource.
