Pacific Landing Apartments

Pacific Landing is a 36-unit affordable housing community in Santa Monica offering thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for families. Completed in 2022, the development provides high-quality housing in the heart of the city while expanding access to affordable living near jobs, services, and the California coastline. MVE provided construction surveying and staking services throughout the project to support the successful delivery of the community.
