Prologis Hayward 37

MVE is proud to have been part of the successful completion of the Prologis Hayward 37 distribution center in Hayward, CA. Boasting 93,515-square-feet of space and situated on 5-acres on Hayman street, the facility offers direct access to all of the Bay Area, including the Port of Oakland, the Peninsula, and Silicon Valley. The center also comes with a 3,000-square-foot office and approximately a hundred parking stalls.
