Promenade Shopping Center is a 118,000-square-foot retail center located at a prominent intersection in Modesto and is home to a variety of national retailers. MVE provided surveying services including aerial topography, boundary surveying, preliminary lotting, tentative and final parcel map preparation and processing, and monumentation to support the property’s continued use and management.
