Sacramento Commons

Sacramento Commons is a mixed-use residential development in downtown Sacramento featuring two mirrored seven-story buildings with 412 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, 24 live-work units, ground-floor retail space, and underground parking. Spanning approximately 679,420 square feet, the completed development creates a vibrant urban community that blends residential, commercial, and public spaces. MVE provided construction surveying and staking services to support the successful construction of the project.
