Shockley Terrace Apartments

MVE provided surveying and engineering services for Shockley Terrace Apartments, a 48-unit affordable multifamily housing development in Selma, California. The project replaced an older 25-unit housing development, providing a net increase of 23 affordable homes for local families. With 47 low-income units and one manager’s unit, Shockley Terrace expanded access to long-term affordable housing and helped address the community’s need for quality housing.
