Solivita Commons

Solivita Commons was completed a little over a year ago. A mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments is available at Solivita Commons for households earning between 30 and 80% of the area’s median income. A number of amenities are available to residents, including highly rated public schools, shopping, parks, and higher education. We are grateful to Mogavero Architects for allowing us to be involved in this project as engineers and surveyors.
