Stockton Industrial Center

A new industrial development is currently under construction in Downtown Stockton, with MVE on site to provide professional services. The project encompasses three buildings, boasting a combined area of over 1 million square feet. These structures will be strategically positioned on a 56-acre infill site, conveniently situated near Interstate 5, Highway 99, the Stockton Metropolitan Airport, a significant cargo shipping hub, as well as the Union Pacific and BNSF rail yards.
