The Commons on Thornton

The Commons at Thornton Overflow Parking Lot project expanded parking capacity to better serve residents, visitors, and staff at the senior living community in Stockton. The improvements supported the continued operation of the assisted living and memory care campus while enhancing accessibility and site functionality. MVE provided engineering services for the project, including onsite civil plan processing, Stormwater Quality Control Plan (SWQCP) processing, and design coordination services to support the parking lot improvements.
