The Retreat at Merced Apartments

The Retreat at Merced Apartments, also known as the Childs Avenue & B Street Affordable Housing Project, is a 119-unit affordable housing community. MVE provided construction surveying and staking for the development, which includes 30 units of permanent supportive housing for local homeless residents and additional homes for low-income individuals and families. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, playground, and resident lounge, helping expand access to quality, affordable housing and supportive services in Merced.
