The Tustin Emergency Operations Center & Corporate Yard project replaced the existing administration building with a new two-story, 17,284-square-foot facility housing the Emergency Operations Center, Telemetry Center, Field Services Administration, City Wellness Center, and Field Services Locker Rooms. The project also included corporate yard improvements and supporting site work to enhance city operations, emergency preparedness, and public services. MVE provided construction surveying and staking services to support the accurate layout and construction of the new facility.
