Designed to strengthen UC Merced's growing academic campus, Classroom and Office Building 3 (COB3) will bring together instructional spaces, faculty offices, advising services, and collaborative learning environments in a modern, LEED Platinum-designed facility. MVE is supporting the project with surveying and staking services that provide the precision needed to construct this 60,000 GSF academic facility.
