Valley Dale Housing

Valley Dale Housing is a proposed 56-unit affordable housing community in Sonora designed to provide quality residential options for individuals and families with a range of housing needs. The 4.3-acre development, located at 14562 Peaceful Valley Road, will include 20 three-bedroom units, 18 one-bedroom units, and 15 two-bedroom units. MVE will be providing engineering services for the project, supporting the planning and development of this new affordable housing community.
