Valley Vista is a 239-home community in the Sierra Foothills that blends modern living with scenic open space, walking trails, and thoughtfully planned neighborhood amenities. Located just outside historic downtown Sonora, the completed development offers a peaceful lifestyle with convenient access to the region’s outdoor recreation and local attractions. MVE provided engineering and surveying services throughout the project, supporting the successful planning and development of this new residential community.

MVE is also currently providing engineering services for the Valley Vista Lot 74 Apartment Site, continuing our partnership as the community expands with additional residential development.
