Villa Vanowen Apartments

MVE is currently onsite, providing professional services for the Villa Vanowen apartment complex in Los Angeles. To fund the construction of this $44.7 million complex, the LA City Council has generously approved $22.7 million. The complex, located at 14142 Vanowen Street in Van Nuys, will consist of five interconnected three- and four-story buildings, linked by a network of pedestrian bridges, with a total of 64 affordable and permanent supportive housing units.

Notably, on-site supportive services will be available to enhance the overall well-being of the community members. More information on this project will be revealed soon.
