Westbrook Self Storage & RV

MVE is providing professional services for the Westbrook Self Storage & RV project in Roseville, CA. This facility will lie on approximately 10 acres of land on Westbrook Boulevard. The project is comprised of two phases: Phase 1 includes a 1,241-square-foot office, an 1,813-square-foot caretaker’s unit, 6 self-storage buildings totaling 131,972-square-feet, and 279 RV storage spaces. Phase 2 will replace some of the RV spaces with a 7th self-storage building, for a total of 202,601-square-feet and 173 RV spaces. More updates on this project to come.
