WoodSpring Suites

MVE provided surveying, staking, and engineering services for the WoodSpring Suites development in Sparks, Nevada. MVE prepared the calculated site plan and on-site improvement plans for the hotel site, along with off-site improvement plans for the Vista Access, Solomon Circle driveway extension, and associated utility extensions. Services also included processing of the improvement plans, a boundary line adjustment, abandonment and street dedication applications, and preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for construction activities.
