Trax Food Park

Torre Reich Construction (TRC) is developing Trax Food Park in Turlock, a planned development that will feature food trucks, live entertainment, retail and more. Trax Food Park consists of 3.25 acres with an existing warehouse building, which will be renovated for indoor entertainment such as comedy shows and musical performances. A commissary will be located in the remaining portion of the building. This will be used to support the approximately 16 food truck operators at Trax Food Park, as well as outdoor entertainment areas with games such as giant Jenga, cornhole, ax throwing, and other lawn games for guests to enjoy. As part of the project, there will also be an outdoor beer garden with seating and a private party area. Additionally, there will be stationary locations constructed from shipping containers, which can be used by a variety of vendors.
