Creekside Terrace

MVE is working on another project by Self-Help. Creekside Terrace in Mariposa has been under construction for a few months now! This will be a 42-unit apartment complex, broken down into 31 units for low-income housing, 11 units for those with mental health disorders and will include a 3,000 square foot community building. Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority is providing rental subsidy for 24 out of the 42 units. MVE will be on-site for the duration of the project so stay tuned for more updates.
