Solaris Apartments

One of our project engineers is currently working on the Solaris Apartments, a 43-unit, 5-story affordable housing complex on 15,500-square-feet in Koreatown, Los Angeles. This development will serve homeless and domestic violence survivors with an array of supportive services such as case management, vocational and educational services, mental and physical health support, legal assistance, and financial assistance.

The complex will feature an outdoor courtyard and gardens and will be conveniently located near a childcare center and public transit stations. We’ll keep you posted with updates on this important project.
