West LA VA Building 404

Construction is progressing smoothly at the Building 404 project in unincorporated Los Angeles. This initiative is part of a $1.1-billion endeavor to transform the Veterans Affairs campus in West LA into 1,700 supportive homes. Building 404 is set to offer 72 apartments exclusively designated for formerly unhoused veterans with incomes ranging from 30 to 50% of the area median income level.

Situated on the corner Bonsall and Nimitz Avenues, just across from Jackie Robinson Stadium, this four-story development is scheduled to open its doors by late 2024.
