West LA VA Campus Housing

MVE is onsite at the West LA VA Campus in unincorporated Los Angeles. With the approval of approximately $42 million in funding by the LA County Board of Supervisors, historic yet long-vacant buildings 156 and 157 are set to undergo a transformation into permanent supportive housing exclusively designated for veterans. These two buildings, spanning 78.5K square feet across a 3.25-acre lot, will comprise 112 units tailored for households with incomes ranging from 30 to 50% of the area’s median income level.
